Your profile
As an IT system administrator (m/f/d), you are our technical all-rounder with a clear goal: stable, secure, and smoothly running systems – both for our customers and in our internal IT. With your broad expertise, you keep networks, servers, and applications running, identify problems early on, and find suitable solutions.
You will operate and administer IT systems in a Linux environment and ensure their stability and security, while also providing support for Windows environments as needed.
You will be responsible for maintaining virtualization environments and ensuring their smooth operation.
You will manage and monitor web SSO solutions and be familiar with terms such as OpenID Connect, OAuth, and SAML.
You will ensure the stable operation of SQL databases and Java applications.
You will apply your basic understanding of access management and identity management in your daily work.
If necessary, you will contribute your knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and automation with Ansible to further optimize processes.
You monitor the infrastructure in terms of monitoring, backups, and availability and ensure that malfunctions are detected and rectified at an early stage.
You continuously work on optimizing and further developing our IT infrastructures and the associated processes. – Participate in daily optimizations & Co.
Your tasks
You have in-depth knowledge of Linux administration and practical experience with virtualization technologies.
You have knowledge of operating SQL databases and Java applications.
You have a basic understanding of access management and identity management, as well as experience in working with web SSO technologies such as OpenID Connect, OAuth, and SAML.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes, and with automation tools such as Ansible.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and recognize technical problems at an early stage in order to resolve them efficiently.
You have language skills in German at level B2 and in English at level B2 and can communicate confidently in both languages in your everyday work.
You enjoy working in a team, show initiative, and take responsibility for your tasks.
